Privet, Yamadori.

I collected this privet the other day as part of one of my jobs.
It stands about 1.2m and i dont intend going any lower ATM, I love the gental movement in the trunk and a bit of flair in the base.
What would you do with this one?
I will keep everyone posted on this one over the next few years as i think it will be a beauty and it will move fast.

I sometimes like to keep nice trunk, i'd only go for something like this, a tallish sort of tree, very rough :palm:

I think you need to introduce some taper, and thus a cut at the first "real" branch is the go IMHO.
Nice stock though.
