Scotts Pine Twin Trunk

Hi All, 14 hrs wiring and still not finished ,the trunks need to be closer together its time for a drink.

i will be interested to see the tree when you finish :D have you thought about lowering one of the trunks a little more? i look forward to see how you go about getting them closer together too, looks like a turn buckle will be a little big, what ya could use though is the mini turnbuckles that get used in balustrading for the stainless wires ;)

Impressive work John! Can't wait to see how it finishs up after your drink. Perhaps tomorrow when your sober...? :lol: I know that's the first thing that comes to my mind after a few... BONSAI!! Not a good idea. :lol: :lol: :lol:

I have done a little more work today mainly bringing the trunks closer together and removing some small branch i will now let the tree recover and do some refinement in spring (my even take it to Hirotoshi Saitoh for a critque)

and quite a good drop at that!!!

i like what ya have done mate, bringin the trunks in was a very good plan! i like the overall composition of it all, it feels quite balanced, very nice!
