Could someone give me a time reference for cutting candles and plug needles for JBP in QLD?

well on mine i just broke off the center shoot about a third off and plucked allmost bare leaving about every second needle in place did this about 3weeks ago and droped the top height abit and its starting to back bud allready probably could have done it late winter but should be fine as its still 27 at the moment noah may have a better time line though
