The soil mix in the clear plastic bag definitely looks like Ray Nesci's potting mix.

Interesting. I just don't get why he needed 2 hamers for the job. Also the plant does not look that old. With a wide open mouth like that pot, he really didn't have to break the pot to remove it. Anyway, still interesting to see a different way to repot
