On Sunday the 7th of December the Bonsai society had a work shop at the presidents house. The club has these throughout the year at members houses.
This one had a surprise Gijs Meboer ( pronounced Haysh Mober ) was on holidays in the Great State so he thought to drop in . He asked if he could give a hand or Demonstration. Dianne the Prez said here you go. Asked us to take some of our trees for display. He especially liked our Melaleucas. The other trees he had in Holland he was not that attentive of. Just wanted to know about the Paperbarks and was quite surprised when told of the ones growing in the open in Cornwall in the south east of the UK under snow in winter. Melaleuca Cuticularis. Any way long story short here is what he did with a Juniper procumbens.
