what species is this?

what species is this?

I purchased this tree on Saturday, spoke to a few people nobody knows what it is.
Appears to be deciduous, new growth opens from pods with (at this stage) a green flower

Looks like Fraxinus excelsior 'aurea' or golden ash to me

hmmmmmm....looks right to me. My mum HATES the flowers on these ones!
