Persisting along with this one.
A couple of seedlings from 18 months back that I pondered an idea.
Stump is 'black wood' that like most I find came from burnt out areas along the rail line near Morwell Vic.
Pot is a biggy from Garden World that was originally home for a large Sqatt.
Anyway here's a few or more pics of how the Maples have gone to date as a sort of Phoenix

Looks even better in real life, cant wait to see it once it swells into wood. Persistence pays good stuff steve.
