Elm Root trimming and cuttings
Hi fella's just a quick demo of a simple root trim and cuttings made easy
This little exercise took about 10 minutes to complete 2root cuttings and a cascade trainer .Hope this helps with this process.CheersYou do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Many people forget to do with when root working elms. I forgot when removing a number from the ground. Many nice little tree's can be made and its so simple.

I removed a big C.Elm about 15 years ago and it took 5 years to eradicate the roots with neat roundup . The roots on a 100mm trunk will travel 5m under mulch seeking moisture , a lot of root cutting there .CheersAsus101 wrote:Many people forget to do with when root working elms. Yeah I have a mate who ground grew elms, he cant get rid of them.

LOL. they almost are a weed. i dug a big c.elm out of my yardlast year and some of the inch thick roots were left sticking out of the ground. they have grown to about 4 foot now
