I have planted them all in packets, and waiting for them to grow.
Will I be allowed to make a forest from them?

This is the update. They have grown well but are verystraight and hard to bend, so it will be a challenge to style.

This forest is now growing very well. I think this is a perfect plant for mame trees. If there was no hurry, I would have probably trunk chopped all the trees and regrown them, but for now it will just have to be like this.
I have been just developing it with clip and grow. The branches are just too tiny to wire them. All the cuttings I removed I stuck them in and most of them are growing. This plant also gives suckers which is very handy when doing a forest.
The forest is in full sun.
One of the little trees:

You can see here a little sucker coming from the roots (in front) and some of the off cuts growing which I stuck in.

Starting to take shape Neli.
Not sure what rosemary you have over there but certainly doesn't seem like any I know of.
Are you referring to the rosemary commonly used as a herb for cooking?
One of the fabulous things about growing bonsai is as you get old and decrepit your trees get old and beautiful

Darling, I have no idea what the name of this shrub is...(had to put some name) and is probably not a rosemary for sure. I have failed to find the name anywhere.
It has small yellow single petal flowers around 6-10mm diameter.

Thanks Darling, You know well I need to be reminded. The forest is already updated fo this quarter but I shall post just one more picture just for you.
I have a feeling that in this time frame nit much will be achieved but I love this material for mame trees. I will need to trunk chop the trees in future for movement and taper, and keep sticking in all the cuttings I take from it.
Lovely material to work with. It gives also suckers far from the main trunk.

Not much progress seen on the picture but the pads are developing well. Had a bit of a die back...my foreman sprayed them with the wrong mix of insecticide.

They will need a bit of rearranging during the repot, but not too sure how it will be done since this plant gives lots of suckers popping around so the roots must be terribly mixed.

I dismantled the forest and rearranged it.

This forest has a long way to go, Trunks need to be fattened and trees need to be added. I dont yet like the composition.
This is a mame forest and only clip and grow was used up to date. It was repotted in a DIY training pot.
