This one is currently being layered to shorten the trunk and also get some taper going.
Age - approx 15 years? (What I was told when I purchased it a year ago)

Cost: $70 though this was more the pot than the tree (wasn't the best looking thing)
Obtained from the biggest bay out there. Starts with E.
NOTE: the branches were previously wired - however they've all be chopped off and only this one long new shoot remains.

Dead - hence withdrawn... shame though would've been a nice tree. I suspect a cat took a liking to the litter-box type grow-box i had it in (point taken, do not place trees on ground - find a place higher up).
