Banyan Ficus

Post by The-Calli-Kid »

:gday: Fellas

I've had this Banyan Fig for 4 years now (one of my first bonsai), I let it go for a long time but have recently re-discovered it. I'm not a huge fan of most banyan figs as i see them abnormal looking and not natural! I am aiming for a natural "rainforest" look to this one.

These pictures are taken just after a fairly large branch length reduction and defoilation, (I let the branches get way too long and lanky  ).

Just curious for others thoughts on helping this tree with a "natural" style Banyan Fig look. Any opinions??
