That is Very good Leigh I love it. I would prefer the top somewhat lower. I think that would look more natural.
It's too bad your in such a hurry cause the stories I could tell you, Bushels and baskets of stories, hole crates full of stories. But if you can spare a moment I will tell you one story.

I agree with Brett. I also think it needs a bit more time to ramify. If it were mine, i would most likely add ink to the shari, to make it dark. Just me.

Good piont Jay. I have been convinced to use a flame to darken deciduous wood these days.
It's too bad your in such a hurry cause the stories I could tell you, Bushels and baskets of stories, hole crates full of stories. But if you can spare a moment I will tell you one story.

It has a very heavy masculine trunk that needs an older look, so reduce height by half so you can get a lower appex with an older looking lower domed top. A few years yet though to achieve it. Heres mine in progress.15cms across at the base, 50cms tall.

But I think this is still a little too high.!
It will make a great tree.

It has better movement and root base. Yours is a more appropriate hieght though.

Leigh this needs reducing somewhat to define the taper

You seem to have a similar problem with most of 'em so far. Any reason?
