Thanks Hacker,
The Koreshoffs are legends of Australian bonsai but well before my time.
It looks like it was an excellent demo and I am grateful that you have retained these pictures.

Q: Why are we all here?
A: Because we are not all there.

Hi The Hacker,
I would not have known bonsai exists in Australia then... I look at the first photo and tried to imagine what style it was going to be. I did not see that coming.
Very convincing creation. I would appreciate seeing the recent photos as well.
Please, anyone?
Best regards.

It's too bad your in such a hurry cause the stories I could tell you, Bushels and baskets of stories, hole crates full of stories. But if you can spare a moment I will tell you one story.

Re: Dot Koreshoff Demo 1990
Greetings,
I think I may have been at this demo.
The crest on the podium is Queensland government. There was a convention in Brisvagas about that time at the Bardon education centre.
A very nice hall that is very steeply sloped. I seem to recall sitting at the back watching with binoculars.
Lindsay B may have been the MC.
Ooo, have I been a bonsai tragic that long?
It's a shame my trees do not reflect the length of time I have worked on trees.
Happy bonsai,
Bruce.
