Some sort of fig

Not sure on the species of this tree but it grows like crazy. I reckon it needs to be cut back more but im not allowed. not too keen on the style either but it was the first one me n the boss bought and i loved the roots on it. Unfortunately my wife loves the big bendy branch and i cant cut it off. :D what do you reckon???

Looks like a ficus benjamina but i could be wrong.
