The ones at bonsai sensation look like the ones you buy to grow fruit to eat.

What’s the small wild type? rhombifolia?

This.... Same species but not a cultivar. The original wild plant. Diospyros kaki sylvatica

Interesting - fingers crossed I can get it to fruit this year.

Internode length seems closer and branches twiggier than those in the neighbourhood.

I know i dont need a male princess persimmon but i got one anyway, has the bones to becoming a nice tree anyways.
