Dug out this one

Ive been eyeing this one off for a while now and last night was the time to get it outta the ground.

I dont know what it is exactly but the tree up and died 2 years ago and all these little ones popped up under it.

the next one to come up is the nice twin trunk.

Any ideas on what to do to these is muchly welcomed!!!

They may be our native juniper? If they are they are notoriously hard to collect

im not so sure about a native juniper, it definately looks like some form of juniper though, it could also be a variation of the sorts of bribie island pines, they have several different scale like foliage similar to this.

Callitris is the Australian conifer. A member of the Cupressaceae family.
Collumellaris has common names of Murray Pine and Bribie Island Cypress.

Grant Bowie was discussing them just recently.
I have one growing as a cascade of the Western Australian one, C, preissii.

There in teh same family and they look like a juniper so that is close enough for me
