Succulent ground cover ID

Can anyone ID this succulent that I use as a ground cover here in Qld, it grows all year, looks good and roots so shallow that it can be lifted without disturbing the soil?

I don’t mean to hijack JG’s thread but it piqued an interest from me because I was going to ask a similar question for a different ground cover (succulent, I think). Can anyone ID this too and are both ok as ‘moss’ replacement on bonsai or are they competing for nutrients etc... thanks in advance and sorry JG for adding to your thread.

Mark, yours looks like purslane. As for competing for nutrients yes pretty much everything you grow in your pot competes against your tree.

Looks like purslane to me as well. Grows well in my veggie patch. Apparently good in salads.
