Looking to buy a tree or two - Adelaide

Can anyone recommend a source of good trees- I am starting a new project or two.

I am interested in taxodium or redwoods, happy to consider shipping to Adel if needed/appropriate .

Also interested in a mature tree - they will be well looked after/pampered.

Thanks !

Hi NikP,

I assume you've tried the Bonsai nurseries in Adelaide? Bonsai Mujo has a nice selection of advanced trees and Spirit of Bonsai has a lot of raw material, particularly if you speak to Barry and he lets you see what's out back. There are Taxodiums at both nurseries, but not many. The S.A. Bonsai Society sells a lot of trees at it's annual show but that's not until October.

Hope that helps.

Matt.
