Koelreuteria paniculata as a rough guess. Not as desirable as bo sai due to compound leaves.

we have something very much like it in our neighbours place thousand of wind blown seeds come across and it comes up every where - has a yellow flower and long seed pods

Thanks for the I D squizzy & morrie. Yep, looks like I'm pretty good at growing weeds without trying very hard.
