As the topic title states this/these are a project from 2013 that I started and like most stays hidden away until work is needed.
Original tree was around 1.5 mt tall with all growth out the top and rather smallish leaves.
I air layed the top off and potted that..once it..the stump shot out shoots it got another chop hence 3 trees from the original.
Steve.
First up is the top which I gave a bit of work to today.
Work begins this morning.
Next is second layer taken off after 60 days when big root pierced the plastic
Now we have the original stump.

Thanks Kevin.Kevin wrote:Hello Steve,
All 3 look extremely healthy with lots of new growth.
Good luck with them,
Kevin
I'm really happy with the taller tree.
Hoping for that drooping set in the branches down the track that is quite prominent in some the larger park land trees I see around Melbourne.
Originally a yamadori dig but at 1.5 mt it was way too tall..Anyway 3 out of 1 adds to collection.
Thanks Steve.
