Can anyone Identify this plant/tree to me?

my dad collected seeds from Moonee Beach shopping centre carpark I believe ( near coffs harbour) .

Hey Dyll182
It's a Golden Penda - Xanthostemon chrysanthus. A rainforest tree with showy yellow flowers.
