Sub species

Post by Pup »

This tree is Melaleuca lanceolata sub species occidentalis.
The most western of the 4 sub species description is as the species except for the leaf which is from 0.8 to 1.5. As you can see in cultivation it reduces even more. This is one of my few bought plants as stock from a native nursery. It has been 6years in training.
Sorry but is as always Oh! bugger too late with the camera. It is approx (as it is raining YAY) 400mms high and the base is approx 50mms.

Hey Pup,

How has another 6 years treated this gem?

I don't trust Bonsai, they are a little shady.
