Small Creeping Juniper

Post by Inspired »

Here's just a little bit of fun to calm the itch..

It's a Creeping Juniper.. summer will go all golden and winter will turn a a bluish metal green

Before in it's original pot.

20 minutes after in a bigger pot.

Looks good!

Also looked through a few pics on your photobucket, is the juniper in the brown/grey pot the went from raw to styled with the change of angle yours?

If so it's spectacular work!

Also wondering how that amazing mugo is going?

Hi Kerrin

No that Juni with the tilt is not mine.. I posted it here on the forum for inspiration after seeing the Shohin Competition and suggested
a "Compression Competition" not as so to compete but rather showcase people's work and get people compressing!

It didn't get much traction unfortunately.

The Mugo is still under TLC monitoring as a patient.. it has both brown needles and new buds though from looking at it
it's a very fine line. I was hoping to repot it early Nov it it gains more strength. thanks for asking :tu:
