They used to use it on Radermachia (spelling?) indica to produce the ''China doll''. It was a dwarfed, very dark green, almost black thing very unlike the normal tree. I think it may permanantly alter the trees metabolism (however I'm not sure about this but the china dolls I had never really grew well). It's a huge risk to use it on a bonsai and bonsai is all about learning and applying technique don't you think?Josh wrote:Treeman, can you please explain your reasoning.
