Here's a little update on the tree.

I've finally understood some of the previous remarks

I've removed several needles that were on the trunk,
I've also removed several needles that were growing on the lower parts of branches.
I've also cut by half at least most of the long needles - I hope this will help to reduce the needle length...

The overall tree shape is kind of out of control though
Will post it later on.

Its growing, nothing show worthy, but I'm currently forcing the formation of adventitious buds with some success.

There are a few pictures that are out of order, I'll look into them later, but overall its in chronology order.
Its in its growing state right now.
Candles are elongating and new buds are also forming on the top.


I'm aiming at using the top candles as sacrificial branches to force some bulk into the trunk, as well as let this current growth to grow freely to force some thickening.

Youppy! That is so inspiring Darling. You are doilg the right thing. Need to leave escape branches on the trunk and on the branches for thickening...
