Does keeping them outside help to give them an 'aged' appearance? Or is it better to keep unglazed pots in the weather? Also that's awesome!

Where did you get get that cresent shaped pot in 2nd photo, I love it. My wife has just realised I will need to start buying pots soon

Short answer is yes, keeping pots outside in the weather CAN help give the "aged" look and help with patina.
