Maples future

Post by hobit »

Hi, new on the block. Have been a long time fan of bonsai but never tried it in the real form...have been potting many trees and keeping them in shape and size for the pot but not on the smaller bonsai sizes.
I have a Acer that is in need of a make over, Ide like to reduce it in height and try to get a good taper going. This will be its 2nd winter here and looking far better than last due to no care.

Hi mate,

Where are you planning to chop this one? Looks like it will be an interesting project mate.

There are many ways to do things, but only one "best" way.
