Hi all, I'll be collecting a few pines this coming winter, and don't know too much about their aftercare needs, I was wondering if someone could recommend something for me too read? I'm not sure of what species they will be, they are located in lithgow if that helps any.
Cheers jason

Contradicting I know, but you have to take climate and location into consideration. I am from Adelaide so probably similar to Mt Gambier and I learnt what I know about pine digs from a great bonsai artist whom studied under a master in Japan for a number of years. It all comes down to the size of the rootball and the aftercare. Good luck
