The first one will offer quite a few ideas I think, but for me the second one will make an extremely nice semi cascade

G,day Craig you certainly have a more prolific site the I. Although as you know, being older and more feeble. I have stopped collecting and, am now culling the larger trees in my collection.

I concede to you young man you are doing a wonderful job in promoting both Melaleuca and Australian natives.

Ken , ahh a little bit , 35 collected melaleucas at present the second is a very nice tree in the making i agree, cheers mate.

There's no contest mate, You win . i could never hope to know all that you know about Melaleucas but I try.
In the last 2 years I have known you, I have drawn all my inspiration to learn about these wonderful trees from you, so to you I say Thankyou

Thanks for the offer Craig. When you bring no.4 over, you can bring no.6 as well. Oh, and the hugellii...
The shapes are saying to me that maybe we're not very imaginative when we shape trunks - nature is sometimes seriously wild.

Wonderful scores, all we have here is tussock grass and sheep dung. And Watto's hawthorns, somewhere up the road.

Melaleuca #3 is has now begun to reshoot with new shoots opening only 4 weeks after collecting. Warmer temps would see this time drop to 2/3 weeks.


fast becoming a favorite mel of mine , they reshoot easier and more reliably than most rhaphiophyllas.
