Perfect night for it.

Post by Damian Bee »

The only time I have for potting yet again is night time. It does have its benefits but I miss potting in the sunshine. Still it is a nice night for it.

Anyone else subscribe to this madness?

I have a spotlight with the nickname 'obi 1 globi' :palm: yeah I know. But I manage to get it done. Tiredness is a big factor but that is nothing a rush of adrenaline can't fix after mistaking a red back for a pebble or some similarly crazy instance.

Another perfect night for potting and muckin about. It was a Barmy 21 in Melbourne today and the temps carried on until the wee hours probably nice out there still but I am all potted out and need some horizontal time. I am looking forward to later on today so I can pick up where I left off. If I get a chance I will post some stuff in more conventional times.

Better make it quick repot job.
Adelaide is 10C top today wind gusts up to 67kph and we had a hailstorm here and more to come.
Been told its the same in Ballarat and wind has picked up in Melton.
This fell in less than 20seconds.

Did you getting any re potting done?
In Adelaide there were howling winds and it poured down most of the night, that of course was when it wasn't hail-stoning.

Damian I have pretty much unrestricted access to the farm where I work at night time, I have been chipping away at the repotting a couple of nights a week and over the weekend, it has made the whole process easier and using the boss' electricity for free is more fun than using my own :tu:

Cheers,
Mojo

Can't complain there Mojo
I could not do it last night, no matter how many layers I put on and scarves and hats I must confess I am a soft Melbournian used to heating and hot cups of tea. Thats not to say I could not plug in the kettle with the light though :lost:

Good on you for burning the midnight oil Mojo :tu:
