Specimen, It is lovely stock mate but there's no way i could ever advise over the internet about how to style it, Start by cleaning all the dead needle and branches from the tree, also a freshen up of the top soil area may be worthwhile. keep us posted as to which way you go, I'd love a pine likw this one, good luck :beer:

Thanks Craig.

I heard Mugos cannot be worked more than once year and repotting is done in summer?

Because my Mugo has some rot at the base, should i do repot first before any pruning?

How do i stop further rot as it reduces trunk size?

Can mugo pines be air layered or does it strike from cuttings?
