Im concerned about the tips of my mugo's needles yellowing and becoming very brittle, the soil seems damp, so im gathering that may be the cause, if so whats the next step guys???

Hi Drew , imo it's gone mate, what does the rest of the tree look like?
Combined with drill out and bending the higher temps/winds would of done the damage for sure. Theres only one way to learn and it's to try, now the question is , are you willing to try again
