Hey Gang,
My lovely neighbour has this tree in and amongst her front garden...Im sure she will let me purchase it from her (as il explain that its ugly, stunted, grotesque and does not belong there amongst her beautiful roses and lemon tree
) but I have no idea what type of plant it is!!! Im sure someone out there in internet bonsai land will know and then I can read up on it and see if it is a suitable candidate. Please any ideas would be great...If more photos are needed please ask!

Wouldn't have a clue! Maybe some kind of Hebe with narrow leaves. However it has small leaves and plenty of movement so I don't see why you couldn't give it a go
