Yes you need to strip out the rotate exif data.
Use the GIMP or photoshop to rotate them and then resave should do it.
when using phone cameras, take them in lansdcape mode the rotate will not be an issue.

Hi All,
Have taken a major branch from he apex although hard to see from picture. Wired some movement into all the branches and have settled on a design. Wire will come of soon as starting to bite ,growing very well. Happy how things are progressing. Cheers John.

A stick in a pot is better than no stick at all. Remember even the best bonsai started as a stick.

Have cut this one back pretty hard as happy with the major branch placements. Hopefully will get a good selection of buds to start work on the secondary branches and the apex. Also left a top shoot as a backup ,just in case. John
