White Mould on buds/candles

Hello!

I think I remember reading a while back that some kinds of fungus/moulds are good for pines. I always assumed that this would appear in the soil. But here I have my Japanese Black Pine that has small amounts on every single bud/candle. it has a very 'stringy' almost spider web texture and is odourless. Is my tree healthy or is it doing the unhealthy Michael Jackson trick-going from black to white ;)

Hi
This is a type of mite, cannot recall the name. I have had this on some of my pines.

Isolate them from you other plants and spray with a weak mixture of lime sulphur and water. Just concentrate the spray on the infected area and try not to saturate the soil.

To me it looks like mealy bug[a little fury creature] I spray with a mealy bug that you can get from any nursery.Look at it under a microscope.
