You could wire the Main stem to get movement in it while growing on. I assume this is what you are in tending as it is in a Poly Box

Othe wise just let go mad and then trunck chop later

Leptospermum get rigid very quickly so if you need to wire you should do it now. Later it is likely to be unbendable. Take care when bending - A number of the natives I have worked on are very brittle and snap with just the smallest bend. Cut and grow may be better for shaping.
