an early start to winter

i know much of southern australia has had some freezing temps the last 2 weeks, canberras had down to -7 and ive hit the gauge at -5 . thought id just share a coulpe of pics around the property. looks like winter could be a cold ,LONG one.

At least it look beautiful!
I think it will be a long cold winter which has set in!

Hi Noah78 , mate thats not cold , wait till the wire on the fence looks like a big spider web . If its -5 now your getting close and believe me it looks absolutely magical , like an artic wonderland .Keep a camera handy cos its worth a pic or two .Cheers Alpine

Hi Noah, no frost here yet but we did get some snow flurries last weekend. Its really just cold and wet here and the autumn colour hasn't really happened, some of my tridents are dropping their leaves green.
The frost looks beautiful and is a great bug killer

Its cold when you stand having a pee, then you break it off not shake it. That is why I live here, where I do complain we do not get good colours. I remember cold.
Like your hand stuck to your tin snips when you pick them up. Much prefer when you pick them up its hot you can throw them away but not when there stuck to your hand.
