Cotoneaster

I know you are sorting the cotoneaster in the topic "evergreen".
Here in Germany this species looses all the leaves in the winter with it´s up to -5 ° F (-20°C)
From up march/april the first leaves appear - some earlier, some later . . .

I found these little cotos about five years ago on the parking place of the local hospital
where the cars as well as the people "held them" very short - mostly shorter than 3 inches.
Two of them are just repotted so there is that wire to be seen.
Aprox. age: 10 years and more.

Enjoy!

Hey Hanno

Great little trees and a good find. Love 2 and 3.

Don't grow well in my part of the world, and it is a damn shame.

Thanks for sharing.

Tony

Some Cotoneasters are deciduous. This one is.
