[Category 2] Melaleuca rhaphiophylla group

This group was started in Sept 2010. It started with 5 large trees which had been dug up 18 months previously from a swamp south of Perth. By Nov 2010, 3 of the large trees had died. I was given 5 small cuttings from a friend in the Bonsai Club which were planted in the group in Nov 2010. In Jan 2011, one of the remaining two original trees died also. In Feb 2011, another friend gave me the smaller of the larger trees which was placed in the group at the beginning of March. The trees are fertilised with NPK Blue once a month and fortnightly with a liquid fertilizer.
