Hi All,

I've done some japanese maple cuttings in perlite last month, looks like they are doing well and forming roots. so just wondering should I pot them up before winter? or better off wait till spring? since they are outdoor, I'm just concerned about the cold winter.

Regards

hi cutejai
if you are worried about the cold then i would actually leave them until spring or just as the buds start to swell then
repot them because if you do it now and worried dont do it

My recommendation - pot them up in August.
