Need some advice with mystery Conifer

I have this Conifer that I picked up at a market in Daylesford about 4 years ago, it has sat in this pot for long enough and grown and stagnated.
Its time that I turned it into something :lost:
I was thinking of cutting it back to the first branch as usual but I think for good reason, the taper here is a little weird.

I don't know what it is exactly, so i guess this is a bit of a I.D. please post to.

It is currently 95cm out of the pot at present, it would have been taller but I took the top off last year.

Conifers have never been my strong point, only since baby sitting some stock trees for the club have I started to get the bug for them :palm: Yep a whole new wave of interest brings another 100 or so trees to experiment with :whistle: :whistle: :whistle: :whistle: :whistle:

My guess is Cuppressus arizonica, the Arizona Cypress.
