Hi all.
Have been inspired by all the She Oaks ,have been out collecting [way to many
].I was under the impression that they were coastal vatiety but now am told that they might be swampys, if so are they worth working on.Also any advice on were i should go from now would be much appreciated,And the best time to repot .
No1 was collected in march last year. the tree was planted straight into a pot ,Have no idea what state the roots are like,it was early in my early bonsai days and i was more concerned about tree survival .There is a branch opposite the new leader at the back ,it does not show on the photo. I have done some wire work .
No2 was collected and bare rooted in april last year.No work done on it yet .
No3 was collected in april last year, I wanted to design it like the one in the Aus Bonsai Native section ,just could not get the bends lie it.
No4,5 are small clumps ,hopefully worth working on ?
Any advice would be much appreciated.
Thanks John .
