This Tree was grown from seed and planted into the garden to thicken up, over the last couple of years, it has been eaten, broken, and dug up.... Today I asked hubby to dig it out (thats the split from the bottom of the trunk) I have stuck it in a pot with the thought, oh well if it survives.....

Which one is the better bonsaist - the dog or the husband? :)
At least you got someone to help out with your hobby. My wife wouldn't touch my trees :( and my chooks, I wouldn't let them either :)

Nice looking tree!
Those shadows are causing havoc on your lines. Try waiting till afternoon, with the sun behind you so no shadows are seen, perhaps bring it inside to shoot?

I can see it has some nice form though still, it shall make a good bonsai with care and detail. :D

I love dogs! :D
