Just curious as to wether or not chicken poo would be to strong to use on my bonsais? I just got a big bag of it to spread over my herb garden and was wondering if would be ok for my trees?

Chicken poo is too strong to use directly on plants, tip in into a pile in the corner somewhere and leave it to mature for 6 months or so, if its fresh.
I clear out the chookhouse once a year, just starting about now, some will go into garden beds, the top recent layer will be diverted to the compost bins to sit another 6 months.
Chickens don't wee, instead they produce uric acid, like the little white bits in other bird poop, which is superstrong nitrogen, and too potent to use directly on plants, great once it has had a while to break down and had the rain leach the strength out of it for a while.
As the lower layers of mine have been sitting a year, and much of the volume was not poop but last years weeds, I dont mind using that close to plants, and never had ill effects from that, only last years weeds revisiting.

Ditto to that, and never near Azaleas or any other acid loving plants, like our natives.

Just got home from Bunnings, withe another bucket of Neutrog Sudden impact as I had run out ( they now stock it in 10Kg Buckets too ), and while looking around I saw they now have a Dynamic lifter blend for Azaleas and Camelias cannot remember the NPK, but muh lower than the NPK for the Rose blend I used to have.

How can I tell if it will raise the PH of the soil ?
