We had a superb new years eve in Dayleford, i even enjoyed watching the coming storm in the sky during the Daylesford street parade. We went to my Ma in laws place for dinner which also was superb. So, in a glowing mood, i went home to watch News Years on telly. I love coming home to my Bonsai Nursery. What a shock went i arrived home and the security lights came on :o :o :o

Bugger Bodi That sux at least everything still looks moist.

I wish BT was still up I could show you a story of when I think it was Dale had a tree colapse in the back yard on his collection and shed.
His account of going through his normal morning routine before going out to look was inspiring. He said he just thought of the possibilities of re-desigfning his trees.

Hey Bodhi,

I can't imagine what your going through but am guessing devastated to come home and find your yard in this state let alone anything underneath the fallen trees. You had such a nice set too. I too enjoy coming home to the bonsai, but not this way.
I hope all is well and no other damage to the house. Hope you didn't lose too many precious trees.

Good luck,

Mario

OUCH!
We spend our time trying to mimic storm damage in our trees, its really sad to see your work undone so quickly. I hope the damage to trees is not too severe.
This explains why you have not been on for a day or two, I suspected you were on holiday.
Will see you soon.
Regards Gerard

The wisteria survived and the Elm is in need of a drastic shortening and redesign. It was flattened. I have scored a shitload of firewood though  I am cleaning up as we speak. The interesting part will be the insurance claim. :D

:( :( Bohdi I think all of what can be said has been. I would like to add that we all wish for you better to come.

You have stated your biggest problem now is those Bastard :x insurance claims love taking your money, but hate paying out.
I hope you have a better experience than I with the Bastards :x , it took from May till March to get the money.

So I do hope it is better for you than I, remember the sun is still shining well it is here in the West.

Good luck cheers ;) Pup

Hope the worst of it is just a lot of repotting and a bit of restyling. Looks like there will be a bit of bench building too. So sorry to see your disaster.
