Is there anywhere known to buy pre bonsai stock tree in nsw prefereably near the mid north coast??

I'll be there. I have a range of pre-bonsai stock. There will also be close to 100 plant vendors there as well so easy to find a range of plants to try.
What sort of plants are you after?

Sorry for late reply i would of loved to go to fair but mist it... i like all sorts of trees anything with good movement abit of age and a nice trunk... maybe we can arrange a private meet?

Also wondering if you know of any people who go collecting from the wild (yamadori) around this way id love to go out

We could definitely organise some time to meet up. Do you go to any of the club meetings? There is a club in Taree, and there is also Wauchope and Hasting Clubs. There is normally some stock bought along to those meetings. Often at great prices. I haven't really been involved with the Taree club, But I know a lot of the members of the Wauchope and Hastings Clubs. Great bunch of people. The October meeting of the Hasting club has Scott Martin as a speaker.
