Sorry I know the photos are crap. Does anyone know the species? Is there any point digging them?

The first and third look like Callistemon. The second looks like a eucalypt.
None of them have any interesting trunk features that I can see. But if they are going anyway why not? If they will otherwise stay then let them stay and grow. If they are yours you could play with them to create some interest in the trunks.

Thanks mate, so are those bottle brush? The leaves look too long . And the leaf clusters are not there.

Yea, they might have good roots.

Bottlebrush are pretty varied. Flower pictures would make it easier to ID.

First and third are almost certainly callistemon (bottlebrush. Not sure what leaf clusters you are thinking of? I'm not aware of callistemon having leaf clusters but as mentioned there are quite a few species with a wide range of leaf shapes.
Callistemon are relatively easy to transplant and most species will bud on older wood if you chop them hard. Excellent for bonsai. These ones don't have a lot of character but will grow quick and develop into something as long as you are not in a big hurry.

The eucalypt will be much harder to transplant so probably not worth the work.

if they can be left for another season- I would hack all of each callistemon down to 500mm -dig small hole under from one side(with least root disturbance)and cut tap roots only- the euc dig under and cut only the tap root as high as possible -then trunk chop just above the first branch-- stand back for one growing season.

Be a little wary - no.2 may be an Acacia. Check the veins in the leaves - if they radiate from a central vein they are more likely to be Euc leaves. Parallel veins - Acacias, which do not dig at all well, in my limited experience.
