My daughter got me to help remove some trees from her back yard so I decided to try and save them. Don't know how they will go this time of the year but I had to dig them anyway so...

Happy New Year to me maybe.

I have only transplanted one pitosporum and I forget what time of year but it is still alive. Many other natives do really well when dug and transplanted in warm weather when they can grow and recover so I am confident these will be OK too.

I have never seen a Pittosporum as bonsai so I hope these live and thrive. Please keep us informed of their progress.

Update of sorts.
All three pittosporum have passed on. Disappointing but worth a try.

I attempted at digging a couple but they never survived either.
