Hi, Can anyone suggest what might be causing these black spots on the leaves of my Ficus Macrophylla? More importantly, how do I fix this issue? Thanks in advance!

Looks like fungus to me. Remove the plant into more sun and airflow around it. Also just cut off the leaves with the black spots. That should fix it.

Thanks Kirky - I have just recently moved it into more sun so I was worried that it might have been burning on the leaves! But I wil remove the damaged ones and keep an eye on it for a bit to see if things improve.

yes - some of that dark coloured damage looks like mild leaf scorch.
Maybe watch your plants new location come Summer?
