Wodonga show 2020

Our club has been putting on a bonsai display at Wodonga's annual show for a few years now. This year we were not sure whether they had allocated space or tables or even whether the show would be cancelled at the last minute.
Finally on Friday afternoon we got the all clear.
3 members contributed trees for the exhibit. I think gate numbers were probably down this year but the inquiries and discussions we had with passers by were very positive.
Here's a few pics:

It was a great day, as they usually are....

It was shame you weren't there Alpine....more concerning is closing comment.....bonsai at our club will be much the poorer if I'm reading that correctly.....

Hi Theodore, all true and correct . Retiring from Bonsai , selling up and moving on while I can . Time waits for no-one and doesn't always heal unfortunately ..

Cheers Alpine

Sorry to hear that. Some things just don't heal unfortunity whether it be the body or mind. If you need any help sometime moving/lifting etc my back still has a few KM in it .

Hi Matthew , appreciate the offer . Progress is still being made just in different area's and Bonsai is hard work when you have too many .The body wasn't designed for the abuse I put it through .

I have a few vintage bikes in the shed , cant ride them but they dont need a regular care like the tree's do . Noah makes for a good test pilot and his into bike too , Karen well umm not so , but she tolerates them .

Cheers . alpine
